Addressing 6 conditions for final site plan review application

Condition:
1) Owner will maintain bio swale
Mohawk Taco Bell inc. will maintain.the Bio-swale (complete)
2) Additional swale at North e[1d of site has been incorporated, with catch basin
directed to NE end ofswale to accommodate site run-off (complete)
3) Filter bags will be installed until landscaping is mature enough to
accommodate (complete)
4) Curb has been relocated 3 feet north and 4 feet west to comply with condition
(complete)
5) Street light improvement agreement has been implemented (complete)
6) Well head protection sign has been incorporated into site plan and will be
installed prior to final occupancy (complete)
