Re: DMV Location Approval at 3725 Main Street
The applicant for this DMV Location Approval at 3725 Main Street decided to withdraw his Dealer
Certificate at this location because he felt the requirements were too extensive. There was current
code compliant while the applicant was moving to the property regarding inoperable vehicles and
various auto parts from this business being behind the property next door (the zoning on this parcel is
LOR) which abuts residences on the street to the south. The applicant was asked to remove the inops
and parts prior to the signing of the location approval and to meet the prior MDS standards listed in the
2005 MDS/LUCS approval (4 striped parking spaces and a bike rack). The status oUhis:E'errnit:is'
