W. 6th Avenue ,Portland, Oregon 97204 'Dear Ms. \~est: / , At your request, the Building Division of the City of Springfield made a Housing Inspection on March 3, 1983 at the following locations. The following items were found in need of repair or replacement to conform to the 'Housing Code as adopted by the City of Springfield. All applicable permits must be obtained and all items shall be installed in accor- dance with applicable Codes and inspected before a Certificate of Compliance will be issued.
