When plans were submitted, wrong
square footage "per square foot"
chart was used to calculate value. I
changed the value of the project
based on the current "per square
foot" charges and added the
appropriate additional plan review
fee ($8.45)

requested revised site plan.
Proposed structure sited with PVE.
Have also requested new site plan
show scale, driveway dimension (if
overwidth, apply for overwidth
permit), and storm' sewer location
and outfall.
Applicant is resubmitting building
and site plans.
