I would like to build an out door patio similar to my competitor the Prime Time. This
would include pouring an 18ft by 24ft concrete pad and enclosing three sides and
utilizing the existing east facing wall. I would like to create an opening to include a glass
"store front" door for access and egress from the Centennial Steak House. The enclosure
would encompass the existing sidewalk and would eliminate a current safety issue. When
the Walgreen's parking lot and pharmacy drive up lane was created, the sidewalk was
made to allow pedestrians and bicyclists and the physically challenged to enter directly
into the path of oncoming traffic. There have been numerous near misses due to the
traffic entering this lane. There is no traffic controls at this juncture. I have included
plans and highlighted the current access point in question that I would like to eliminate
the access and egress for foot traffic would still be able to access the Walgreen's by using
one of the two current designated ramps. There is one at the front of the building and one
at the rear of the building. The one at the rear is includes a stop sign as motorized traffic
exit's the Walgreen's pharmacy lane. I would like to use Hardy plank material to enclose
the concrete pad. This would match the Hardy plank that was used to create the fascia that
is currently at the front of the Centennial Steak House.

I would like to pour a concrete pad 18ft by 24ft allowing customers to access
from the current leased space DBA Centennial Steak House. I would tie the
south side fence (Hardy Plank) to the current awning. This opening is 10' 5"
and is 8' ft wide the rest of the perimeter would be enclosed with 6' high
panels of Hardy Plank. This area would not require a roof or awning.
