Prior to issuance of building permit
The 48th Street bond has been submitted.
Testing of the underground lines has been conducted. Gene is reviewing those results and
expects to complete his review by Wed. The Building permit will be issued once he determines
the condition of the lines are acceptable.
Prior to occupancy
Paving. The entire project will be paved prior to occupancy of the model home, unless the
applicant submits an alternate plan and the city approves the alternate plan.
Stock piles; All surplus' stockpile material will be removed prior to occupancy. Any material
that is expected to be used to grade the remaining lots will stay.
LDAP
The LDAP has been issued, This allows grading of the lots in the first block, and construction of
a retaining wall.
