Please see attached sketch for the secondary emergency access at Westwind. The construction of this gravel access is
called-out on sheet C2.1 of the approved subdivision plans (Tract Fl. In order to better connect to the existing gravel
road in Union Terrace, we are proposing to extend the new gravel access for Westwind, approximately 15' west of the
Westwind property line. The sketch shows an extension of the gravel access about 15' west ofthe subdivision site, adds
an 8-inch culvert at the west end of Tract F with'in the Westwind site, and extends the existing 10-inch culvert at Union
Terrace to clear the new gravel access.
