Ric,
We have reviewed the Easement Relocation documents that have been provided for the above
referenced project. To begin, here is an overview of the documents that were provided. The
first document proposes to relocate the blanket easement that is recorded at Book 352, Page
313 (same as recorded at Book 394, page 367) to a location 14 feet in width near the east
line of the subject property. The second document proposes to relocate the blanket easement
that is recorded at Book 353, Page 589 to a location 9 feet in width on the south line of the
su~ectpro~rty. '
Our research shows that there are 3 easements that affect the subject property, the first 2
that are addressed in the provided documents, and another that is not addressed. The document
that is not addressed is the 18 ft. wide easement that runs along or near the south property
line, recorded at Reel 78, Inst. 78485. This easement needs to be relocated as well.
We propose that all 3 of the easement relocations can be dealt with in one document, along
the lines of what you have already submitted. Describe the specifics of the existing
easements in the section 2.) of your document form, and the descriptions of the existing
easements in section 3.) Describe the 2 new easement locations forming from the 3 original
,easements in the section 4.) of your document form. Also, in section 5.) please change
"...relinquish..." to "...relinquish, release and disclaim..." Also, the "RETURN TO:...~
section needs to be on'page 1.
Please let me know if you have any questions or need copies of the recorded documents.
Please let Dennis Ernst, Andy Limbird or I know when you have a new submittal of this
document.

Dennis:
These are the revised sewer easements for the Chan property at 1815 Main St. for your review
and comment. One is for reducing a blanket easement on the east side of the property to a
14' easement over the existing sewer line. The other is intended to move an existing 18'
sewer easement so that it lies over the existing sewer line.
Please send comments or approval so we can have the Chans sign them for delivery to the City.
