I do see they'd have to add some turn around asphalt at the south end, too...but it is something I could bring to the table. FYI: I've called him, left a message. His office manager said he would not be back in today till late afternoon. I'll keep you updated. (Hopefully he will be up to a meeting where we can make some headway.) Also, due to the size and number of parking spaces in the common parking lot, a small parking lot landscaping island should be added at or near the midpoint of each row of parking spaces to break up the line of vehicles. Ifthe lines of parking spaces are extended into the south easement area, a minimum S-foot wide island could be added to each bank of parking. Aside from that, I don't have any major issues and this could be a significant improvement over the former design. It would probably make the drainage a lot easier to handle too. Area 1 could probably handle the treatment by itself and area 2 could be used for refuse/parking, connection with darimart or landscaping. I think approximately 2000 ft2 is what is needed for treatment, and the grading could be done without much fill. Is the zero clearance on the west side ok? Have you asked Andy about this configuration? From: DRISCOLL Jon Sent: Monday, August 31,2009 S:17 PM To: MCEACHERN Clayton Subject: CHAN How much room do you need for the bioswale? I'm going to meet with the Engineer and suggest some changes. Here is a thought, and much of the northern portion could be And it would easily turn around an SU30, as parking can be exended to the southern prop line where a refuse container could sit....next to some bike parking. 2 Date ~eceived: Planner: AL r/;/J#? / . . .
