Thanks for your new submittal of these documents and the explanation letter on Sept. 22. The Surveyor's office has
reviewed the documents and we just have one further request. We would like to see an exhibit map detailing the
outline of the subject (Chan) property, the part(s) of the subject property that are affected by the "existing easements to
be relocated" (labeled as such) , and where the new "relocated easements" are in reference to the subject property
lines (labeled as such).
The map from your pre-submittal that is attached would work fine, just would not need the building outline, parking or
other surface features, but is very helpful showing the existing sewer features and existing easements and text labels.
If this would be easier with "before" and "after" exhibit maps, this would be fine as well. We just would like to see the
minimums of property boundary, old easements and new easements.
If it is possible you could send an electronic copy when you complete the exhibit map, that would be very appreciated.

Thanks that looks better and more concise on one document. A couple more things though.
First, there is another portion of the easement (78485, the 2.4 and 3.4 easement on your
document) that affects the property. You have included the portion that begins at 3834.81
feet from the DLC corner, but the Chan property begins 3714.33 feet from the DLC corner. The
portion of the 78485 easement for "Gretchen A Wilson" begins at 3715.81 feet from the DLC
corner.

Second, we would like to hav~n exhibit map included with the ~ relocation recorde~
document detailing the placement of the original easements and the relocated easements. You
have already submitted a map of this type to City Planning, see attached.
