RE: Chan Easement Exhibit.
Ron: The staff report and decision on this application is structured such that the easement release and relocation is
required prior to approval of the Final Site Plan and issuance of building permits. The City is unable to authorize
construction of the building until the blanket easement is released. The Development Agreement (another pre-requisite
for issuance of building permits) has been drafted and sent to the property owner for signature - but hasn't yet been
returned - so if these matters. can be addressed concurrently it shouldn't cause a further delay. If you have any
questions, please let me know. Thanks
Andy

Ron,
I am not absolutely sure about whether finalizing this easement relocation is holding up the final approval of the site
plan or building permit. I am forwarding this to the planner for the project, Andy Umbird, and hopefully he can answer
this question for you.
Thanks, Chris

Hi Chris,
Got your mail and we will put an exhibit or two together today and tomorrow and will e-mail to you..
I assume this detail is not holding up final approval of the site plan or building permit. Am I correct?
Thanks
