Chan Development Agreement
Rick & Wade: I have mailed the Development Agreement for the Chan commercial site at 1815 Main Street to the Chan
Family LLC and requested a notarized signature. When the signed original agreement is returned, it will be executed by
the City and copies can be provided for your records. The agreement is appended to the approved Final Site Plan, which
is filed before building permits can be issued. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks

on October 8, 2009. Please have the Development Agreement signed and ilOtarized where indicated on
Page 3 of the agreement, then return .the original to the City for further processing. A copy will be
sent to you upon execution and notarization by the City.
