If the metal halide light already exists then that condition can be considered satisfied. Andy From: DRISCOLL Jon Sent: Friday, July 17, 2009 3:0S PM To: UMBIRD Andrew Subject: FW: Draft Staff Report Andy, After review of this I do have a couple of comments if it hasn't gone to the printers. 1) You can remove Condition #7, as there are Metal Halide lights on Main abutting the site. 2) The first part of Condition #6 is somewhat conflicting with Condition #18, as a retaining wall will make crossing over the site to the west impossible/difficult w/o going back into Main Street ROW. The "alternatively" sentence does give them a way out, though. Sincerely, fin- Jon Driscoll EIT, PLS, WRE Transportation Engineer in Training City of Springfield, Public Works 225 Fifth Street .
