Hi Jon, the staff report was already issued with Transportation comments, so we'll see how the applicant responds. If
the metal halide light already exists then that condition can be considered satisfied.

Andy,
After review of this I do have a couple of comments if it hasn't gone to the printers.
1) You can remove Condition #7, as there are Metal Halide lights on Main abutting the site.
2) The first part of Condition #6 is somewhat conflicting with Condition #18, as a retaining wall will make
crossing over the site to the west impossible/difficult w/o going back into Main Street ROW. The
"alternatively" sentence does give them a way out, though.
