RE: Chan Site Plan DRC2009-00017
Missing items:
No underground utilities shown such as sewer (public and private)
No structural engineer stamp for retaining wall or detail of wall surrounding parking area (necessary due to surcharge)
No dumpster facilities
No turnaround (very necessary due to nature of development-where are the delivery trucks going to drop off and pick
up without impacting all ofthe other businesses in the building)
It appears Site can be graded do use some vegetative treatment and avoid large amount of fill by utilizing excess parking
lots
Bike parking is in traffic lane?
I will be happy to meet with project engineer to discuss any of the above items
