I have enclosed a copy of the signed Development Agreement for your records. The letter you submitted regarding the occupancy of the dwelling has been placed in the file. Although" I may sympathize with you regarding the number of children living in your Anderson Lane residence, unless you submit a parking plan as required by the Hearings Official the Diamond Street property cannot be used as a residence during the months it is used for child care purposes. I have also placed the letter from Greg Gray of Lane County in your file. The Annexation Agreement you submitted is inadequate. As discussed in the past this agreement must be signed by the owner(s) of record. Because you are not listed as the owner of record Mr. Reed and anyone else listed on the, deed must sign this agreement for your approval ,to be complete. Because you have acted in good faith and provided this office with all the other information necessary we will allow,you one month (by October 16, 1987) to submit an Annexation Agreement that is signed by the owner of record. I have enclosed another Annexation Agreement for you' to forward to Mr. Reed. In you~,letter you' mentioned that your' husband has fixed the steps.
