Hi Chris,
Andy gave me a copy of the proposed Declaration of Reciprocal Easements for Peace Health/River Bend Sub lot
8. In review, I think they need to add a maintenance agreement between parcel 1 & 2 for all common private
sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and domestic water lines. When you have time, please let me know what you think.
