The staff report has been drafted and sent to the Planning Supervisor for final review. There are a few conditions, including concurrent recording of the reciprocal easement and providing for stormwatercross-drainage between the parcels - something not specifically noted in the proposed easement. If for some reason the timeline extends beyond the beginning of next week, I'll let you know. My last check-ins with you were on 9/25 and 10/6. I have not heard how the DRC meeting went on 1017. Per our last conversation, we did submit the Declaration of Easement for a County "preview" and received some minor edits to formatting style from Peggy Hunter, but no substantive changes. These have been incorporated in a revised declaration document. What update can you provide now; if not, when?
