Hi Andrew, I'm hoping to issue the staff decision by the end of the week. The staff report has been drafted and
sent to the Planning Supervisor for final review. There are a few conditions, including concurrent recording of the
reciprocal easement and providing for stormwatercross-drainage between the parcels - something not
specifically noted in the proposed easement. If for some reason the timeline extends beyond the beginning of
next week, I'll let you know.

Andy,
The partition plat submittal was made on 9/12. My last check-ins with you were on 9/25 and 10/6. I have not
heard how the DRC meeting went on 1017.
Per our last conversation, we did submit the Declaration of Easement for a County "preview" and received some
minor edits to formatting style from Peggy Hunter, but no substantive changes. These have been incorporated in
a revised declaration document.
What update can you provide now; if not, when?
Many thanks,
