PW's as per Ken Vogeney, "Although the existing carport encroaches, we cannot allow them to make the situation worse by , allowing them to enclose the carport and convert it into a living space". Mr. Gates is planning to submit revised siteplan and will talk with Planning regarding a potential vacation of part or all of easement. It appears the existing carport is in an easement and was built without required permits or inspection approvals. Permit is denied until engineer approval is obtained, building is removed from easement, and any additional permits purchased that maybe required. Revised foundation and framing plan submitted. To Request an inspection call the 24 hour recording at 726-3769. All inspection requested before 7:00 a.m. will be made the same working day, inspections requested after 7:00 a.m. will be made the following work day.
