encroaching Into PUE 1ft plus
depending upon the overhang.
Waiting for clarification from Mr.
Gates regarding overhang and
location of structure in relation to
property line. Will review with
planning and building.

Public Works Review 05/0712004 05/07/2004 WE VRJ Ken Gates found the property pins
and determined the side of the
carport is 6 ft, 8 Inches from the
property line not Including the eaves
(16 inches). PW's as per Ken
Vogeney, "Although the existing
carport encroaches, we cannot allow
them to make the situation worse by
allowing them to enclose the carport
and convert it into a living space".
Mr. Gates is planning to submit
revised siteplan and will talk with
Planning regarding a potential
vacation of part or all of easement.
