Waiting for clarification from Mr. Gates regarding overhang and location of structure in relation to property line. Will review with planning and building. PW's as per Ken Vogeney, "Although the existing carport encroaches, we cannot allow them to make the situation worse by allowing them to enclose the carport and convert it into a living space". Mr. Gates is planning to submit revised siteplan and will talk with Planning regarding a potential vacation of part or all of easement.
