THE EAST LINE OF PARCEL TWO WAS HELD AS PARALLEL TO THE WEST MARGIN OF 10TH STREET AS MONUMENTED. EQUITABLE STREET FRONTAGE WAS APPORTIONED TO EACH PARCEL PRIOR TO ADJUSTMENT.
