SUBJECT: FOUNDATION WITHIN SETBACKS ON 1038 DIAMOND STREET
Dear Tom,
This letter is concerning the placement of the foundation of my house being built on 1038
Diamond Street, Permit No. COM2005-00207. The property is Lot 16 of Aspen Park,
located in the NW Y. of Section 34, Township 17 South, Range 3 West, Willamette
Meridian, City of Springfield, Lane County, Oregon (Assessor's Parcel .
No.1703342103300).
All the property monuments, as shown on the Aspen Park plat, were at their respective
comers. The forms were completed on Monday, March 21, 2005, and I surveyed them
on the same day after their completion, Ifthe stem walls are poured within these forms,
they will be within the setbacks from the property lines as required by the City of
Springfield, those setbacks being 5 feet on the sides, 18 feet from the front property line
to the garage (10 feet from the front property line to the main structure), and 10 feet from
the back property line.
