JHD3, LLC, an Oregon limited liability company, hereinafter Grantor, is the owner of
certain real property legally described as: Lot 101, WESTWIND ESTATES, as platted and
recorded December 23, 2009, Document No. 2009-070575, Lane County Oregon Deeds and
Recordsl "in Lane County, Oregon.
Hayden Homes, LLC, an Oregon limited liability company, hereinafter Grantee, is the
owner of certain real property legally described as: Lot 100, WESTWIND ESTATES, as
platted and recorded December 23, 2009, Document No. 2009-070575, Lane County Oregon
Deeds and Records, in Lane County, Oregon.
Grantor acquired title to their parcel through that certain deed recorded December 31,
2009, Document No. 2009-072139, Lane County Oregon Deeds and Records. Grantee acquired
title to their parcel through that certain deed recorded April 30, 2010, Document No.
2010-020381, Lane County Oregon Deeds and Records.
Upon common agreement between the Grantor and the Grantee they wish to adjust the
boundaries of their common property line by this instrument.
NOW, THEREFORE, Grantor hereby conveys to Grantee the following described real
property, to wit: See Exhibit "A".
The true consideration for this conveyance is to adjust the property line between
Grantor and Grantee.
