Description of Proposal
The applicants submitted a Property Line Adjustment Application to adjust the common boundary
between two adjoining parcels fronting onto Q Street. The affected parcels are described as Assessor's
Map Number 17-03-26-13, Tax Lots 101 & 200. Both parcels are developed with single family dwellings
and are municipally addressed as 930 and 944 Q Street. The purpose of the property line adjustment is to
provide a compliant side yard setback for the dwelling on Tax Lot 200 (930 Q Street), which encroaches
across the common property line between the two parcels. This application received tentative approval
January 20, 2010.
Final Map Approval
Final Map Approval shall be granted upon receipt of copies of the recorded survey, property line
adjustment deed and other pertinent documents, and confirmation that the condition of approval has been
met. The condition of approval was satisfied through physical removal of a portion of the carport roof on
Tax Lot 101 (944 Q Street) on January 29, 2010. Copies of the recorded documents were delivered to the
City on March 3 and September 22,2010. The recording numbers are as follows:
