It is very unfortunate that the bank has caused such a lengthy and agonizing delay for you with their paperwork and review process. As far as I know, you can take the documents to the Lane County Surveyor's office and have them recorded by paying the filing fees. We will require copies of the recorded documents for our file and then issue the final notice of property line adjustment. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me. Andy From: Lynda [mailto:impaladale@comcast.net] Sent: Wednesday, July 28, 2010 5:08 PM To: LJMBIRD Andrew Subject: Prock 930 Q Street Andy-Just keeping you posted. The appraisal for the neighbors was done on June 29th. Wells Fargo had said they could take 8 weeks after the appraisal to make a decision. It has now been 4 weeks and "no word"-we hope and pray that one more month will provide us with a resolution. . As far as we know, we have the final documentS that Dave Wellman prepared to submit to you when Wells Fargo gives their approval. Do we have to have Dave bring those to you or can we when this is finalized? The neighbors have to sign and we have to have them notarized at that time. Dave is very expensive and it has cost us much more than he estimated. I know he will have to set the property corners, but hopefully we can also take the paperwork to the county for filing and recording, too? We will let you know the moment we hear from Wells Fargo-! Thanks so much for you help and patience--Lynda and Dale Prock 1 Date Received:~/AtJID Planner: AL
