Thanks Lynda, due to the time zone difference they are probably closed now (6:55 pm on the east coast). I will try to
contact Mr. Hoke tomorrow.
One suggestion that the City Surveyor had is that a 6.58-foot wide easement could be recorded across the property line
adjustment area without the need for sign off by a mortgage lender. The easement would accommodate the building
encroachment and allow the property owners (you) access to the east side of the house (currently inside the
neighboring property) for regular maintenance, etc. Your surveyor could add a sunset clause to the easement that has it
extinguish upon recording of the property line adjustment deeds. An easement would provide an interim legal
mechanism to acknowledge the encroachment issue without having to get the bank to sign-off. Just a thought.

Andy--Here is the info I have from Wells Fargo:
Steve Hoke is the current contact person in Maryland. His phone number is 240-586-7518 his
fax # is 240 586-8640 and his e-mail is steve.hoke@wellsfarao.com.
The loan number for Fabiola Huerta and Jose Arciga is loan #472-4431706 (944 Q St.)
We paid for the $350.00 application fee for the partial release on March 9, 2010 and for their
appraisal ($520.00) on March 23, 2010.
Gordon Fairman was the original contact person in Maryland and his number is 240-586-7512.
On May 3,2010 you faxed Steve Hoke the city's tentative authorization as he said that was
what was missing--even though it had been sent several times via fax and Fed Ex.
We greatly appreciate you trying to contact them. We are getting desparate and don't know
just what to do.
