Please be advised that the City of Springfield considers the one condition of approval satisfied, as the carport on 944 Q Street has been physically cut back to meet required building setbacks. Therefore, a deed restriction is not required against the property. The property line adjustment survey was recorded at the Lane County Surveyors Office on February 12, 2818 as File No. 41769. The City is awaiting confirmation that the property line adjustment deed has been recorded before sending a Final Notice of Approval. Please contact me if you have any questions. Thank you.
