Andy-Our original lot-line adjustment approval is to expire on April 20, 2010. Dave Wellman had contacted you about an
extension and you told us to keep you informed.
Wells Fargo is not being cooperative-they have lost the paperwork several times and have never called to schedule the
appraisal we have paid for. I have spoken with the local loan person and e-mailed and called Maryland and they will not
give me any information as we are not the borrowers. Mrs. Huerta is supposed to go to the bank tomorrow. We are so
frustrated.
The City has been so cooperative and we appreciate you so much. We are trying everyday to get this finalized but it is
like Wells Fargo doesn't care.
Obviously, we need the extension--we will keep you posted.
