Remarks:
Inspected bolts in the middle section of room 3Q08. (22) bolts, Hilli KB-TZ Bolls, nuls were tightened 10 60lbs as per manufaclures
specifications. More bolts are required, contractor will contact PSI when further inspection is needed.
