NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Springfield Planning Commission
RE:DRC2010-00018
A public hearing is scheduled for July 7, 2010 at 7:00pm before the
Springfield Planning Commission to consider a request to locate a church in
an existing building. The subject property is located at 1250 18th Street in
Springfield. The existing zoning is MUC (Mixed Use Commercial). The
proposal being considered would allow the church to occupy the former DMV
office building in the Mohawk Shopping Center.
The hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers at the Springfield City
Hall, 225 Fifth Street, Springfield. The application, all documents and
evidence relied upon by the applicant, the applicable criteria and a copy of
the staff report are available for a free inspection and copies will be available
at a reasonable cost. For more information contact Steve Hopkins, Planner,
at 726-3649.
