The Transportation Division has reviewed the materials provided with the subject application.
The required findings and conditions outlined below are provided for your implementation into
the land use decision.
General
Finding: Approval of this proposal would allow an expansion of auto sales onto the southern
portion of the site. The applicant also proposes to remove an unpermitted approach from the
parcel. The entire development site is located at 122 36th Street on the northwest corner of36lh
Street and Main Street on Tax Lot 4100 of Map 17-02-31-42.
TransDortation System ImDacts
Finding: The applicant has proposed to remove the Main Street access located on the south side
of the parcel and replace it with sidewalk.
Finding: The applicant has applied for a permit from ODOT to remove an unpermitted approach
onto Main Street.
