Larkin 3-2-2006 and is under

The 35% coverage is based on 425 sf
of pervious pavement. The use of
pervious pavement needs to be
approved by PWE.
The floor plan shows a living suite
with a kitchen. This constitutes an
ADU. Greg Larkin agreed to
remove the range on 3/10/06. If in
the future they wish to establish a
full kitchen with a range, they will
need to apply and be approved for
an ADU.
The Vegetation Easement needs to
be fenced with orange construction
fencing. No construction activity is
allowed in this area.
A survey is required because of
minimum side setbacks.
