Andy, Thanks for looking out for us. That is a SUB installed connection to a stock watering tank. We have had that arrangement with Gordon Webb every summer for a number of years. bart From: LIMBIRD Andrew [mailto:alimbird@ci.springfjeld.or.us] Sent: Tuesday, September 28, 2010 2: 19 PM To: MCKEE Bart Subject: Temporary Water Service Outside City Limits? Bart: Attached are some pictures of what appears to be a jury-rigged tap to a water meter near the intersection of Quartz Avenue and South 60th Street in the Jasper Meadows neighborhood. I discovered this when I was conducting a site visit for a pending meeting with the neighborhood developer. The attached hose runs south outside the property fenceline (and outside the City limits), but I wasn't able to see where it terminates. There are cattle in the adjoining field, so it might be used for livestock watering. Even though there is a meter device attached, I wasn't sure it was an authorized water connection and thought it was advisable to bring it to your attention. Thanks Andy 1 Data Received: Planner: AL '!bf~/" I /
