RE: Draft Staff Report for the Proposed Jasper Meadows Master Plan Amendment
As is recall, we were shooting for an October/November time line. I don't see why we can't move that forward so long
as we allow time for a 300-ft notice and DRC review. The agreements which form the basis of the amendment are a
done deal, so I doubt that there can be any other decision but to approve the amendment.

Thanks Mark. What is the timing for approval of this Master Plan amendment? The DIM we just received for future
phases of Jasper Meadows is scheduled for Sept. 30, so one of their questions may be answered by the time the meeting
is held.

Subject: Draft Staff Report for the Proposed Jasper Meadows Master Plan Amendment
Attached is a draft staff report for the Jasper Meadows Master Plan Amendment. The report is predicated on the idea
that the proposed amendment implements a series of agreements between the City, Lane County, and property owners
who dedicated right-of-way for the Bob Straub Parkway. The most recent agreement, signed in 2007 by the City, Lane
County, and Gordon Webb, is specific about the location of the intersection with the Bob Straub Parkway being located
near where the existing farm road on Webb's (and now Arlie's) property crosses the Parkway.

I will begin work on the application packet and supporting materials that will go through DRe. Barring any glaring new
discoveries in the DRe process, I think the attached staff report adequately addresses required approval criteria.
