I believe our jurisdiction is north of Main SI. (Eugene-Springfield Hwy). I was told that OOOT purchased some access
control around the Main St and 126 intersection, but nothing this far south. I spoke with Savannah Crawford, the OOOT
area planner, and she had no concerns assuming that densities would not be increased.

Scott: One issue for discussion is possibly relocating the planned Quartz Avenue intersection about 630 feet south to an
existing farm driveway crossing. I believe the meeting referral was sent to ODOT because this segment of Bob Straub
Parkway is classified as a rural highway. If it is not under ODOT jurisdiction, please let me know. Thanks

Hello Andy, I received and accepted an invitation for a dev. issues meeting to discuss the subject proposal. I have since
reviewed the packet and do not believe that OOOT will have any concerns or issues to discuss. Is there anything that 1
am missing or can I remove this meeting from my calendar? .
