Here are the City's review comments:
GENERAL:
. Please submit a review copy to Peggy at the County Surveyor's office. We will forward the County's comments
to you as soon as we receive them.
PLAT:
. Please add the abbreviations and their definitions "CSF" and "ROW" to the Legend.
. Please show the distance from the centerlines of the streets to the properly lines.
. ' Statute dictates that the Initial Point be a S/8 x 30 inch rod. The Initial Point at the NW corner of Parcell is a
S/8 x 24 inch rod per CSF 32366. Please change the Initial Point to a different monument.
. The NE corner of Parcel 2 is shown as a found monument. In our field check we found no evidence with the
metal locator that a monument exists. Please reset this monument and make note of what was held to re-
establish this corner in the Narrative.
. Please show the PUEs as "EXISTING" and make note of what the existing documents are.
. All other monuments and ties were found and acceptable per the Field Check.
Please make these edits and resubmit a paper copy to me'. Please submit a copy to the County at that time as well.
Once I get any review comments back from the County I will forward them on to you. If the County and/or the City have
no additional comments I will give you the OK to prepare the final plat.
