SUBJECT: Non-Compliance with Notices and Orders at the Following Locations
1) A & A Auto Wreckers - 825 South 28th Street

~ Mr. Steve Hopkins owner of 378 Depue Street
Mr Hopkins was supposed to inform me regarding the status of his property
by July 30, 1979. To date no word from him (see attached letter).
3) Lane Cedar Products. Security Mobile Home at 3322 Commercial
Your advise to me was to ask for compliance with mobile home installation
standards by August 14,' 1979, and refer to you if no work had been done by
August 6, 1979. No corrections have been implemented to date. The tenant
of the mobile home informed me that he intends to do nothing to correct the
installation (see attached letter).
4) Jay's Welding - 3816 Main Street
The used materials have not been removed or screened from the property (they
are not used auto parts, but metal tubes and other metal odds and ends, see
attached letter).
5) 606 North 16th Street
Used materials are in public view on this property. The resident originally
complied' wi th my notice and ordcr of May 9, 1979 (see attachcd copy)' by re-
moving the materials. However, used materials arc again visible on this
property consisting of cardboard boxes filled with papcr trash and two to
three metal bins filled with junk. It doesn't appear to'be raw household
garbage.
