Dear Mr. Hopkins:
I'm writing with regard to excavation work that has taken place at 378 Depue
Street, Springfield, Oregon. We also have record of a demolition permit
having been purchased for the existing house on the property on July 13, 1979.
The house on the property is open and accessible to children. Debris and
used materials exist inside the house as well as on the exterior. If demo-
lition and/or subsequent construction on the property will be delayed for
a while, the house must be made inaccessable and the debris and used mate-
rials must be removed from the property. Please inform this office of the
current status of your property no later than July 30, 1979.
