We attached plans are designed by Great House Design, Artisan Engineering,
llC, and others to comply with aU Federal VA, Oregon State and City of
Springfield occupancy, use and facility requirements and code compliancy
criteria for a 15 bed residential facility. City of Springfield category: Adult
Residential Care Facility.

No exterior changes are proposed, except a new ADA-compliant parking space near
the main entrance, as depicted on the attached Site Plan. .
A licensed electrician will install electrical upgrades per Springfield Utility Board
Energy Codes. These will comply with all Chapt. 5, as depicted on the Floor Plan.
No HVAC upgrades are required, per a recent facility review by Marshall's, Inc.
No plumbing work is proposed.
