Hello Hazel,
I am going to be on vacation during the deadline for the installation ofthe MDS improvements. I had planned on taking
a week but extended it to two due to something unexpected coming up. I am checking with you about extending the
deadline a week until August 23. I will be back the week prior and if Grace is ready I can do the site inspection then. If
not at the latest I will go out the afternoon of August 23 and contact you as to the status so that you can issue the
registration if everything is complete.
