I will not hold issuance of the permit, but submittal and approval ofthe non-residential energy forms is required prior to
electrical rough inspection.

On last thing regarding this re-submittal today: the electrician for some reason said he faxed the S.U.B. energy forms directly to you
guys - but couldn't tell me where, when, and I can't seem to get him to fax me a set. Idiot!
Look around and see if you can find them, otherwise, I will keep pressuring him to get me a set and I'll make sure you get them - along
with this deferred submittal form.
