Could you tell me if the same clients she has now for the Room and Board would qualify for the Residential Care Facility? She was also asking whether the clients she has there could remain while she completed all her requirements. I didn't know if you had spoke with her about this earlier because she doesn't have a current registration for the Room & Board. I'll probably need to contact Rebecca Mapes to see how long the process will take to become licensed as a residential care facility and to our building division regarding permits. I thought we had a plan as to resolve the issues on this site, but it looks like they are changing paths now. Thanks for all your help. The facility would have to be ready and completely equipped according to their rules and only then they would come out for an inspection. Without the is rooms, or 10 rooms that would accommodate 15 clients either by sharing a room or independent rooms. During their visit, I would have to have all of the things mentioned in her email to me to pass the inspection. This would fall under Residential. It is normally referred to as "Residential Care Facility". I thank you for all your help and kind consideration in this matter. It is still on sale and I wonder if sprinkler system is required for level 1 and if you would be willing to license the place for 16 bed. I so appreciated you help last year and it was very kind of you. Please let me know. If you have any questions, you could reach me at 541 513 6481. Thank you. Grace Date ReceiVed:3:! ~. /; () .
