Hi Grace,
I think not redoing the paving in the existing area will work as long as you can get the weeds and moss off the existing
pavement so that the parking spaces can be clearly striped. You'll still need to have the additional paving added for the
ADA parking where the plan is marked "New Paved Area (on-grade slab)".
Also, I will be on vacation for two weeks beginning Friday, July 30 and will return Monday, August 16. Because this is
after our initial deadline date of August 15 I t~ought I would send Hazel an e-mail letting her know that I will be gone
and I will perform the inspection during the week I return extending the deadline another week to August 23. I also
received an e-mail from Tim requesting some additional time. Will this work for you?

Randy called to check that alarm estimate and it is $8,170.00. 1 have their estimate and also a new Invoice of
$830.00 toward the design. we'll need to verify that it is not in addition to that system estimate.
Not sure where you got the $1599.00 number...! don't usually get involved in this process, as the contractor is in
charge at this point and is the one to confirm bis, hire specific sub-contractors, etc. But I'll pitch in where I can.
Here's the list I submitted to the city for the prelim. valuation.

I am sending you this preliminary estimate for your project. I am still waiting for a firm price from the
paving company. Also as I mentioned on the phone this is all subject to any additions or deletions that
the city may ask for when the permit is issued.
This is just a general list from what items that Tim gave me as well as the items that I would be
responsible for.
- Bike Racks - approx. - $500.00
- Revised /new fence and gates @ trash enclosure - $1,000.00
- 3 new Trees - $ 400.00
- New/repair asphalt/tire stops - approx. $15,000.00
- Fire sprinkler system - $14,000.00
