Yes, Trevin Butler conducted a visit to this room & board facility late last week (I
think). He hasn't had an opportunity to share details with me yet, but he indicated he
plans to prepare a letter summarizing his findings. We'll send you details as soon as

Hi Sylvia,
I was wondering if you have heard anything regarding Grace Alameida's Room & Board. I have not heard from them
since they said they were going to be applying for a Residential Care Facility license and building has not received
anything for the areas built without permits. I think the last time we talked someone from your office was going to be
conducting an inspection at the site.
