Dear Ms Case:
. On July 23, 2008 you were advised by mail that the application submitted for a
Temporary Emergency Medical Hardship was incomplete. You were also advised that a
copy of the deed and a letter from your physician was needed. During a subsequent
telephone conversation we had last week, you indicated you would deliver the needed
submittals the following day.
The required submittals have not been received by the City. Due to this inaction, the
application has expired and the matter referred back to the Code Enforcement division.
