Comments: The swales do not appear to have been seeded. There was
evidence of soil erosion in the swales. The contractor is working with
Todd Singleton to seed and stabilize the soil within the stormwater
swales until the vegetation becomes established. Staffwill re-inspect
the swales once the matting has been installed.
All other aspects of the approved site plan and Development Agreement
appear to have been completed.
