THIS SURVEY WAS PERFORMED AT THE REQUEST OF THE OWNER TO ESTABLISH THE
EXTERIOR BOUNDARY OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN A WARRANTY DEED
RECORDED AUGUST 16, 2005 INSTRUMENT NO. 2005-063756 LANE COUNTY OREGON OFFICIAL
RECORDS AND TO FURTHER PARTITION SAID PROPERTY INTO THREE PARCELS IN
ACCORDANCE WITH O.R.S. REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR A LAND USE
APPLlCA TION APPROVED UNDER CITY OF SPRINGFIELD CASE NO.SUB2008-00030. THE BASIS
OF BEARING IS DEFINED BY THE EAST BOUNDARY OF THE PLAT OF . BRAL YN EST A TES AS
