' The w~ter lin~~ to this site were put in by Springfield Utility Company under the direction of Delta Sand and Gravel. All waterlines have been inspected and finalized. If this letter'is 'in regards to the "dry waterlines" effecting lot 8, 9, and 10; these were ,installed by Kevin Cohen Plumbing, under the direction of Joe Augustine, with S.E.C.
