Mr. Marx,
I am not at this time, or have been the legal owner of the
property mentioned in your letter dated 12/29/99. I have sought
legal advice in this matter.
People that live in the home have told me about the gestapo
like tactics that you tried to use to gain entry into the
property before you did what was right to gain entry in a private
residence.
One of the inspectors that was at the property the day of
the "inspection" mentioned to me that the work in question was
done in the 1960's, lets see, 20-30 years later you finally do
your job. Now you claim that there are "unsafe conditions" that
have been in existence for 20-30 years, with no harm done to
anyone.
I believe that your exuberance in this matter is a
reflection of a situation that I was involved in at an earlier
date. Your threatening manor, and what witnesses, including
myself believe what is to be enjoyment that you show when trying
to intimidate people is contrary to the position of public
"servant".
I once left my home land because of petty communist
bureaucrats that enjoyed abusing their power. I find that the
same mentality exists here. This is a shame that this happens in
the mecca for abused people across the globe,
