This letter is in 'response to your request for additional information on
the above referenced property.
We established in the letter dated April 26, 1984 that the property is zoned
H-l/ICU and that the sell of firearms does not conform to the M-l zone,
The most appropriate zone for the sale of firearms would be the C-3 zone
(Commercial District). This would allow for retail, wholesale and second
hand sale of firearms.
I have attached the specific application for a zone change.
Application for rezoning specific properties shall be heard by the Hearings
Official pursuant to LC 14.300. The application fee is $295.00.
