Dear Mr. Estrada:
In reviewing your application for garage construction permits I noted that your
proposed height for the garage is between 16-18 feet. The Springfield
Development Code limits the height of all accessory structures to 15 feet.
I have referred the plans to the Building Plans Examiner for structural review,
however, the plans will need to be revised to conform with the height
limitation before the permits can be issued.
Please contact myself or Plans Examiner Lorne Pleger of the Building Safety
Division to revise the plans.
